The book then provides a series of healthy meal recipes which are designed to make you full without having to take in the excess sugar. Good book! This is literally a delicious book to read. I didn't expect that could take so much of smoothies for a dessert without gaining any weight on the contrary losing more. They are fun to make and again they are all delicious, I thank the author for putting so much effort in jotting down recipes and absolutely making it easy to follow and also making sure that the ingredients are easy to find. I love this book as much as I love the smoothies recipes here.
